During the waterjet cutting application, it happens quite often that the wetted abrasive may cause the sand can not be flow to the focusing tube smoothly. It will stop the machine to work and make people headache. Our high performance cutting head ON/Off valve or air actuator can be closed well at the 4136 bar or 60k high water pressure, no water leak or drop to wet the abrasive sand if the sand have no flowing and the machine is idle.
Furthermore, our cutting heads have less heat emission on the nozzle body and valve body, this means the power is more efficient to transfer to the cutting capability.
